Back to school!

Can you believe that is it that time of year already?  I don't know where the summer went. I'm sure a lot of parents are happy that school is just around the corner, then again, depending on where you live some have already returned for another school year.   Which brings us to this weeks bellariffic challenge:
BACK TO SCHOOL!

I don't have a lot of bella stamps to use for this weeks theme (but do have some coming shortly in my order), but I do have Bookwormabella!

To give me some inspiration on the colours I rummaged through some of my 6x6 paper packs and came across this pad from Basic Grey - Hopscotch.  I used prismacolour pencils to colour. Used a rectangle s/binder die to cut her out and sponged some distress ink tumbled glass around her with the die in place.
No glitter on this card, but I did use some clear glaze for the glasses.
Finished off with some stitching and ribbon.

I can just imagine all the gorgeous cards the bellas and sistah's have sent in for this weeks challenge, so be sure to check them out on bloggbella! And while your there be sure to leave a comment for a chance to win some bella bucks.

Next weeks challenge is ANIMALS! So anything animals - paper, image (bella),
embellishment - let your imagination go WILD!

Hope everyone has a wonderful long weekend.  Thanks for stopping by.
