Red & white wedding

Hello everyone! Hope your enjoying your weekend so far.

My card today is a wedding card I made for my friend at work.  He son got married last month and they are huge Detroit Red Wing Fans.  They got married in her backyard, so all the flowers she planted this year were red & white.  I told her I would make her a red & white theme wedding card, and this is what I came up with.

I just love the all white card with that pop of red!

This was pretty much all die cutting.  The sentiment is from a Justrite wedding set.  Dies used are Spellbinders -nested hearts, fleur de lis, Memory box - lavish branch, MFT -rolled flower, Marianne - leaves.  I also added pearls some tiny red flowers and some white silk flowers.

Well back to colouring.  I haven't coloured in over a month! I think after making those 29 cards for the order I had I got a bit burnt out and lost my mojo. It's slowly coming back.

So glad you stopped by for a visit.  See you again real soon.

Stunning. I love white on white cards with a small black border for accent. Your flowers are so elegant and beautifully placed. I love the lavish branches. You know the right places to add the pearls and location of those beautiful red flowers. I would lose my mojo if I made 29 cards in such a small period of time. We know your mojo will be back soon! Have a great weekend.

WOW! Beautiful dies. Love the white with a pop of red. One of my favorite card "looks" is all white with a pop of color. Those rolled flowers are gorgeous, and I really love the Marianne leaves. You're so good with flower arrangements. Bet that was a beautiful wedding with all the red and white flowers. You haven't colored in over a month? Amazing, but, yes, I can imagine the burn out after those 29 cards. You know how I love your coloring, but I love dies and simplicity, too, so it's all good with me. Do what makes you happy!

Oh, Pauline! I am way behind in commenting, so I am going backwards from here - ha! BUT this is GORGEOUS! I clicked on the image and am enthralled by the gorgeousness! I love all the wonderful dies you've used and how you've layered and arranged them, and the pop of red it perfection! I love this, and I know you friend at work (and her son and DIL) loved it! Beautifully done, my friend! And your mojo never goes away. You'll be coloring again very soon, I'm sure. Hugs!
