Smiles can fill the world

Hello blogging friends.  Hope your week is going well.  Another beautiful day - cold winds feeling like -19 but the sun is shining.  Weekend is hovering around the 0C mark, so that should warm things up a bit.

Today's card features another flower from the same set as my last post from Flourishes.  This one is using the Wisteria flower.  I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut out the image then I stamped it using black memento.  After colouring it with copics I was trying to figure out a layout.  I noticed in my - parts of cards I tried but didn't use bin - this white spellbinder layer already cut and ready to go.

So basically I just had to come up with the card base.  I layers a piece of SU elegant eggplant behind the cut spellbinder piece then layered this onto a white card base.  Card measures 6.25 x 4.5.
Spellbinder die used is Resplendent Rectangles.   The sentiment is from a Justrite set. - Black eyed Susan.

Finished off with some pearls and some purple seam binding ribbon.

Next up is a new Penny Black image - stay tuned.  Enjoy your week.

I guess we all have one of those bins, don't we? They sure do come in handy! Mine is getting to the overflow stage and I need to reach in there before I even start my next card. Pauline, this is beyond beautiful! I don't think there are many flowers prettier than a wisteria in full bloom. I had forgotten this set had a wisteria. A stunning card, to say the least!
