Wedding card # 1

Hello everyone.  Sorry for my absence but been busy with home life these past couple of weeks, as well as working o/t at work.

I did manage to get several wedding cards completed, so today I'm going to share one of them with you.

I'm also going to enter this into the Double D challenge.  The theme is ' anything wedding' .

You know how much I love to make wedding cards.  Love all the fuss with die cuts, flowers, pearls etc.  Not a lot of explaining on this, so I will just list the supplies below.

supplies:
paper - Webster pages, PTI Aqua mist, cougar - white 100 lb
stamps - Justrite - ever after antique labels one
ink - black versafine
dies - spellbinders - Labels 41
misc - wild orchid flowers, pearls, prima flowers

My new photo above of the Prothonotary Warblers was taken this spring.  These warblers are considered endangered species in Canada.  Bill was able to capture them (male - leaving nest, female at the nest) bringing in nesting material.

Thanks for your visit, enjoy your day!

Oh, Pauline, what a stunning and exquisite wedding card! You make some of the most beautiful wedding cards, and these surely are cherished. I love the intricate dies and the stunning arrangements of flowers! Absolutely gorgeous! And Bill truly captured an amazing photo of these darling warblers. So glad they are nesting, and hopefully they will thrive more. What wonderful times you both must have on your birding outings. Thanks for sharing them with us. Hugs! xoxo

Holy moly, this is gorgeous, Pauline! Such lovely colors, including aqua and yellow, which are two of my favorites, and the design... sigh... That Spellbinders die set is amazing. I haven't dared look at any Spellbinders lately. Wow! I'm sure glad you shared this in our Double D challenge, and if you've got more wedding cards I hope you'll share those, too. I have to say I dearly appreciate the Warblers photo, too. Sad that they're endangered, but so good to see a pair nesting. I hope they have a successful brood. Amazing that Bill captured this photo. The female warbler is as pretty as the male. We have Townsends Warblers here from time to time. The males have startlingly yellow markings. Would love to see more of Bill's photos whenever, but I know how pressed for time you are. Okay... I'm going back for more close ups of your gorgeous card...

Hi Pauline,

WOW don't have to say much, the ladies above have said it all. Stunning, just stunning. Pity any other entries in the challenge, they don't stand a chance.

Much love,
