Up, Up and away

Hi - hope you are all enjoy your Saturday.  Me- not doing to much its way to hot.  This morning at 6 it was already 104 with the humidex factor - so it's going to be an indoor day for me for the most part.
My plants are already watered, bird feeders filled - so all are happy!

I have a card to share with you today - Ramona and Teddy in their balloon.

Such an adorable image.  Romona was stamped on bella's bestest paper and coloured with copics and
shaded with pencils and gamsol.  I used Basic Grey's - What's Up paper - love how it ties in with the image, hot air balloons and clouds in the background and houses down below - looks like Ramona is gliding on by. Added some glitter and ribbon to finish it off.

Well that's it for me.  Hope to get some more cards done today - but first going to tackle cleaning - my floors need washing - ugh! but it has to get done.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, and thanks for stopping by.

THIS is a spectacular card! I love this image and the pencils really give it a soft muted "chalky" look, eh? Just gorgeous. Love how you rounded the top corners as well (stealing that! LOL)

That is absolutely adorable! The pattern paper is PERFECT and the corners rounded mimic the ballon! Lovely, lovely, lovely!

This must be one of the prettiest balloon cards I've seen! The paper is absolutely perfect and the image so cute. Love your soft shading. Glad to hear you're able to keep your garden watered in the horrible heat. It seems most of the country is burning up. Doubtful it will ever reach us here on the coast, but I don't want to speak too soon and tempt fate.
