Magnolia sunrise

Hello everyone.  I'm back today to share a new 'digi' image from Power Poppy, called Magnolia Sunrise.  Marcella has outdone herself once again.

After re-sizing and printing I coloured the image using prismacolour pencils and blended out with gamsol.  The image was cut out using an oval spellbinder die, then layered onto another piece of white c/s cut using spellbinder opulent ovals.

I used a Martha Stewart border punch for the white scallop lace border along the bottom.   Designer paper is from MME - fiddlesticks.

Finished with some seam binding ribbon, pearls and lots of glitter.

Supplies:
stamp - Power Poppy - digital - magnolia sunrise
ink - prismacolour pencils & gamsol - cream, canary yellow jasmine, spanish orange, terra cotta, yellow chartreuse, chartreuse, kelly green, kelp green, spring green, moss green, light umber, grayed lavender, lavender, lilac, violet, ultramarine, and copic BG0000 for shading among the flowers
dies - spellbinder oval &  opulent oval
paper - white cougar 100lb, MME - fiddlesticks, yellow bazzill
misc - seam binding ribbon, pearls, glitter, MS border punch

I'm glad you stopped by today for a visit.  See you again real soon,

Pauline

Somebody has their mojo back. What a beautiful card. You sure know how to use those prismsacolour pencils. Love the scallop lace border. No card is complete without a bow :). Thanks for sharing and for keeping track of the colours you used. Hope you are back soon.

Your pencils always look soooo good, Pauline! I need lots more practice. LOVE this gorgeous card. Your image and papers and ribbon all look so pretty together. Hello, mojo! We may have been coloring this image at the same time. Interesting to read the colors you used. Thanks for that!

Oh, Pauline, this is gorgeous, and I love your card design with the beautiful die and great layout! I always love your lovely bows, and the added border die below is gorgeous with it! And your pencil coloring is exquisite, and I always can see the sparkle you've added too in your photos! Stunning card, sweet friend! (P. S. Is there a way to add a link so I can sign up for emails to your blog? It makes it easier for me to keep up with your work - don't want to miss anything - hehe!) Warm hugs!
